Walking down the Beaten Paths
Time flies;life changes overnight;and make us sail through the same green days we've wanted to live through. It gives us much food for thought. Why do things happen inevitably? Why do things turn around when we have already decided things have lost way.Walking down the roads,i realise we cannot do away with our sentiments even when we choose to live the hard way.The endearing charm of naive expressions that make our inner-self happy generates a lot of affection within us and pulls us back to the beaten paths. We start living with ways we belong to,the ways that belong to us,and make us blessed. So the smile that was supposed to shine, rises from the corner of our lips and we continue to keep up the battle, live with dreams. We are lucky if we are truely loved and inspired by that love.Believing this,we live for that love and count our blessings.

Fieldwork : an enriching experience.
The awe and wonder of a fieldwork is what absorbs me to the core of it.At jaipur, this year we had the oppurtunity of exploring geological landscapes, understanding the stratigraphy of the region and also running our imagination wild on sprays of strange plants!!You have your own choices. You could either be a diligent learner....or learn nothing; instead make sure that you are in the best photographs of the field work! The fact is...you would love both experiences of being a dullard...and being a learner. The thrill of working together as a team,debating,questioning..was never before felt this prominently. Finally at the end of the day, when all your muscles are exhausted u will sit down together with friends, blowing smoke into each other's mouth, singing bryan adams...and knowing this was an experience you are just not allowed to forget!
Being the Man of the House.
Gathering my thoughts after having lived a year of being the man of the house,it is with a happy realisation that i say we have a very strong self mechanism to invite all kinds of changes that life take us through.Living away from home has just been so fine...so ordinary...welcoming and inviting.Hansraj college invited me to the sprit of unification of different minds. It has been a celebration of learning together.... making ways out of the ordinary and choosing to live the life of a free soul.So as i locked the door of my room myself before skipping off to write my maiden university examination, i just knew there were hundred other faces doing the same.I was confident from within...looking forward to bright days of uncertainity and hope.
